Of all the places they could've put the Kwik-E-Marts for The Simpsons movie promotion, they put one in Mountain View, CA. It's an hour South of San Francisco, and happens to be where one of my law firm's offices is located (the headquarters, in fact). The only reason this makes sense is that they put it in basically right next to Google's campus.
Anyway, it's a lot of fun. We ate disgusting-looking pink-frosted doughnuts, and slurped up electric blue squishees. The signs are all pretty funny. Definitely one of the coolest promotions any of us has ever seen.

Were you able to get any Buzz Cola or Krusty-O's? I've been consistently thwarted in my efforts to buy either by long lines and sold-out shelves.

I am so disappointed that there aren't any 7/11's or Kwik-E-Marts near either of the two cities I spend all my time!

Nope, Brian. They were all out when I went. They said they'd be getting a shipment the following morning, but that they'd been telling people that for a week, so there would probably be huge line.

You can pick up Buzz Cola at any 7/11, even the ones that haven't undergone full conversion. I picked up a Buzz at the local 7/11 here - tastes most like RC Cola I think, which is a good thing.
I'm still disappointed that there's no Duff Beer, but I may need to make a trip to Orlando just to see a 7/11 fully done up Kwik-E-Mart style.

I've looked at five or six different 7-Eleven's in LA in a variety of different locations, none of them have stocked Buzz Cola. I can't explain it.
Did you happen to buy your Buzz Cola in LA?
